  <title>New Start New Me</title>

  <description>For a while now, I feel like I&apos;ve been running in circles and the farther I run the more weight I&apos;m gaining.  I can&apos;t say that I&apos;ve been proactive as far as my losing goes---my lw was 93 lbs and I maintained that for like 10 years and my hw is what I&apos;m at now which is 198.  I know, I&apos;m shocked too.  I&apos;m like exactly twice my size and I&apos;m only 5&apos;2&quot;.  My gw is to be 90 lb as of yet.  today is the day that I start back on track and after reading some girl&apos;s blog i&apos;ve been inspired.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; I&apos;ve started my fast today.  I know that one thing that will keep you from eating is if you carry around a toothbrush.  If you&apos;re always brushing your teeth then the taste will keep you from wanting anything at all.  And it also helps keep my teeth superhealthy and clean!  At lunchtime, I read and have taken up knitting.  That helps to pass the time and you&apos;re concentrating on trying to get the damn stitches right, you&apos;ll forget that you were ever even hungry.  Well, feel free to send me some tips because I know that I will DEFINATELY need it.  I would like to reach my goal weight by January.  Then, maybe I can set some other goals. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My first baby goal is to lose 7 lbs in 7 days.  ;)</description>
