For a while now, I feel like I've been running in circles and the farther I run the more weight I'm gaining. I can't say that I've been proactive as far as my losing goes---my lw was 93 lbs and I maintained that for like 10 years and my hw is what I'm at now which is 198. I know, I'm shocked too. I'm like exactly twice my size and I'm only 5'2". My gw is to be 90 lb as of yet. today is the day that I start back on track and after reading some girl's blog i've been inspired.
I've started my fast today. I know that one thing that will keep you from eating is if you carry around a toothbrush. If you're always brushing your teeth then the taste will keep you from wanting anything at all. And it also helps keep my teeth superhealthy and clean! At lunchtime, I read and have taken up knitting. That helps to pass the time and you're concentrating on trying to get the damn stitches right, you'll forget that you were ever even hungry. Well, feel free to send me some tips because I know that I will DEFINATELY need it. I would like to reach my goal weight by January. Then, maybe I can set some other goals.
My first baby goal is to lose 7 lbs in 7 days. ;)
